Hemant Muddappa was felicitated for “Achievement in Field of Motorsports” by the Delhi Government and Delhi sports council at the Vidhan Sabha.
Muddappa received this award from Honourable Speaker Mr Ram Niwas Goel. This felicitiation was Initiated by the Delhi sports council president Tilak Raj Malik.
