Tanveer heading for another championship

Mysuru's Abdul Wahid Tanveer topped the podium for the second time in a row and now leads the championship, with only final round to go at Chikkamagaluru. He managed to lead the rally from the third stage onwards in the MRF Mogrip FMSCI National Rally Championship for 2W, 2025 held in outskirts of Coimbatore. The two stage rally cumulated to over 51kms after being run twice in forward direction.
The Petronas TVS Racing riders finished the day in top four. Tanveer won with a lead of 9sec over his teammate Samuel Jacob, while Rajendra RE with 27sec difference settled for third. Imran Pasha with 1min 26sec difference was fourth and R Nataraj from VM Motorsports with 18sec difference settled for fifth. Arun T from Hero Motorsports Team Rally with a further 5sec difference was sixth.

Super Bike Pro Expert upto 500cc GroupA: The top three positions were riders from the overall category Tanveer, Samuel and Rajendra.

Super Bike Expert upto 500cc GroupA: R Nataraj from VM Motorsports once again proved his dominance in the class by managing to keep his teammate Sanjay Somashekar behind with a difference of 1min, Sinan Francis from Team Ace Mobikes with 24sec difference completed the podium. Yogesh P from VM Motorsports finished fourth and Koushubha M a Privateer from Bengaluru was fifth.

VM Motorsports riders dominated the top four positions in the Super Sport upto 165 GroupB. Coimbatorian Nithyan L was the topper, Bengalurian Bharath L was 23sec slower and had to finish second, Abdul Raheman from Shivamogga with 52sec difference was third. Varun Kumar from Bengaluru finished fourth with 45sec difference and Chalass K Bose from Kottayam was sixth with 28sec difference.

Super Sport 165 to 260cc GroupB: Imran Pasha from Petronas TVS Racing was once again the undisputed winner and the leader of the championship. Arun T from Hero Motorsports Team Rally fell short of 23sec and finished in second, while Banteilang from Petronas TVS Racing with 12sec difference was third. Karan Kumar M from Hero Motorsports Team Rally with a narrow margin of 2sec missed the podium, Sachin D from Petronas TVS Racing with further 35sec difference finished fifth.

Super Sport 260 to 460cc GroupB: Defending champion Rajesh Swami from VM Motorsports with this win he once again proved he is the leader, with a lead of 51sec he finished ahead of his teammate Hemanth M, the remaining places were bagged by Privateers, Syed Aqib from Chikkamgaluru with 36sec difference completed the podium. Mohammed Zaheer from Bengaluru and Madhusudhan S from Shivamogga finished in fourth and fifth position respectively.

Scooters upto 210cc GroupB: The podium completely belonged to Petronas TVS Racing riders, Syed Asif Ali was the topper with a total time of 52min 49sec, Shamim Khan with 22sec difference finished second and Karthik N with further 1min 20sec difference was third. Goutham N from VM Motorsports finished in fourth position with a difference of 18sec and Dilip Kumar M a privateer from Bengaluru finished fifth.

Women's class upto 460cc GroupB: It was her first top podium finish for Somyya Chaudhary from Hero Motorsports Team Rally as the fastest Aishwarya Pissay from Petronas TVS Racing was excluded from Ranking for rule violation in the refuelling area. Elakiya Ravi from VM Motorsports was 1in 17sec behind to settle for second and Tanaya Singh a Privateer from Pune missed few rounds this season completed the podium.

Super Stock 165 to 260cc GroupD: Pondicherry's Navaneeth Kumar from VM Motorsports had 29sec advantage to conquer the class as Bengalurian Pradeep C from Team Ace Mobikes finished second and Jeevanandham D a Privateer from Coimbatore with 7sec deficit was third. Two Coimbatorians Jagadeesh G and Vikram Sekhar finished in fourth and fifth position respectively.

Super Stock 260 to 460cc GroupD: Bengalurian Devraj Venkatesh from VM Motorsports was the winner of the class with 30sec advantage over a Hubli Privateer Chetan Hosatti who finished second, Sreekanth Komana from Team Ace Mobikes completed the podium with 40sec difference. While his teammate Durgesh J from Mysuru with 1min 17sec finished fourth and Privateer from Ernakulam Arun Joy M settled for fifth.

Star of TamilNadu: Karthick A from Coimbatore had a convincing victory with a lead of 4min 28sec over the second finisher Sam Issaiah also from Coimbatore, Deepan Kumar S from Pallipalayam with 28sec difference was third. Ajith K from Tirupur with 26sec difference was fourth and Sankar S from Kethanur with 20sec difference finished fifth.
